Michelangelo Jaffa

In 2014, the company populated the Michelangelo Jaffa projects that includes 42 residential units, of which 5 units were designated  by the Tel-Aviv Jaffa municipality as “affordable housing” units. This project is the first completed private development project in the city that includes affordable housing units, in collaboration with the Tel Aviv municipality property department.

Michelangelo Jaffa is a spectacular building encompassing modern architecture with motifs from Jaffa’s architectural history. The project exceeded expectations, resurrecting an entire region in Jaffa, transforming it in to a vibrant and desirable neighborhood.
